Who we are
UK based Malbec Properties is run by Sean and Sarah Bruen who have recently returned from France. They both have a deep love and affection for France and the French way of life.
Sean worked for a well known Immobilier (French estate agent) and ran his own property-based web enterprise. Sarah operated a successful gite and chambre d'hote business. Together, their expertise can assist those who are either seeking a property in France for the first time or those who are more experienced in the nuances of French property transactions.
With this in mind, Malbec Properties are well placed to offer clients a personal service linked to an invaluable insight into the French buying process, helping their clients to steer their way to a successful property purchase.
What we offer
We have limited ourselves to property in the area we know best in South West France – the superb country around the Lot valley and Quercy Blanc. We work in conjunction with only a few of the very best immobiliers in the area and offer:

What it costs
All our properties include standard French estate agents fees, part of which is rebated to Malbec Properties upon completion. We make no charge for any help and advice given along the way. Notaires costs, including government taxes, are not included.
